These terms apply to use of the Prospect Sales storefront and to purchases submitted through the available checkout flow. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked in the site footer.

Store Information and Availability

We work to present product descriptions, pricing, availability, and shipping information clearly. Product information can change as supplier inventory and fulfillment information change. We may correct a listing or decline, cancel, or refund an order when information is inaccurate, inventory is unavailable, fulfillment cannot be confirmed, or a transaction cannot be completed.

Orders and Checkout

Orders are submitted through the store's available platform checkout. Providing accurate order, shipping, and payment information is the customer's responsibility. An order is not accepted until it can be processed for fulfillment. We may contact the customer if additional information is needed to review an order or material fulfillment issue.

Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping information, delivery estimates, and product-specific return disclosures are part of the purchase decision. A material shipping delay may allow cancellation and a refund where required.

Store Content

The storefront's content, branding, and site materials are owned by Prospect Sales or used with permission. They may not be copied or used in a manner that suggests an affiliation without permission.
